They apply between the operator of the Webshop, Look Twice (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

A contract is concluded when the Customer places an order in the Webshop, and this order is accepted by the Seller through an order confirmation email. An order confirmation does not constitute a binding commitment by the Seller but merely confirms the receipt of the order. A binding contract is concluded only once the goods have been shipped or an explicit shipping confirmation has been sent.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). VAT is not charged due to small business status under Swiss law, where applicable. Shipping costs will be added to the prices, which may vary depending on the delivery address and order size. These costs will be shown to the Customer before the order is completed. Payment is made through the payment methods provided in the Webshop, which may include credit cards, TWINT, PayPal, or bank transfers. The Customer is required to pay the full amount, including shipping costs, in advance before the order is shipped. If a minimum order value is reached, shipping costs will be waived. The minimum order value and the details of the shipping cost waiver will be shown during the order process.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available within Switzerland only. The delivery time is generally 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. A business day is defined as any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days and will not be included in the delivery time. Delivery times may vary if there are delays in the shipping process. If a delay is caused by the Seller, the Customer will be promptly informed. Delays caused by Swiss Post cannot be predicted or controlled by the seller, and the seller is not responsible for these delays. The Seller assumes no responsibility for delays, damages, or failures in delivery caused by these shipping service. REFUND POLICY

For returns that meet the conditions of the webshop’s refund policy, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The items then must be returned in unused and undamaged condition with all tags attached. Returns should be sent using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned items. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The responsibility for lost or damaged return packages lies with the Customer. Items that do not meet the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy will not be refunded. If a return is rejected, the item will be held for a period of 14 days after the return rejection email is sent. Within this period, the Customer has the option to have the item reshipped at their own expense. If no request for reshipping is made within 14 days, the item will be returned to stock or donated, and the claim for the item will expire. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use or alterations made by the Customer to the products. The products are carefully described, and any possible defects or signs of use are pointed out. The Seller is not liable for characteristics, defects, or signs of wear that were clearly visible or described before purchase, particularly due to the vintage or second-hand nature of the products.

PRIVACY

The protection of personal data is important. The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws. CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The Customer is obligated to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. If there are any changes to the delivery address or contact information, the Customer must notify the Seller promptly. The Customer is required to check the goods immediately upon receipt for defects or damages and to report these to the Seller within the statutory period.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION)

For all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service, as well as contracts based on these Terms of Service, Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of the Seller in Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
